Dr. JJ Bittner, his wife Sarah, and their three children reside in
Sherwood, and enjoy staying active in the community. He is a member
of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, coaches multiple youth sports
teams in the area, and also works with Medical Teams International
providing dental care for children in the Portland Metropolitan area.
Dr. Bittner graduated from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!). He
continued his education at Oregon Health Sciences University School of
Dentistry, and graduated with honors. He trained an additional two
years at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin to specialize in pediatric
dentistry.
Dr. Bittner is a member of the Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry,
the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Washington County
Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. Additionally, he
is a member of the National Dental Honor Society,
Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Prior to his dental education,
he worked as a personal
trainer in a private club
setting, and trained
local high school
athletes as well. He
also enjoyed his role
as a junior high youth
pastor for a local church.
He and his family currently
attend Athey Creek Christian
Fellowship. When Dr. Bittner
is not in the office, you can find
him at a local park with his
children, at the YMCA,
snowboarding, or at home
hanging out with his family.
Dr. Bittner is committed to

a child friendly atmosphere.
He understands the special
needs of children, and
assures that every child will
be cared for as if that child
was his own.
